Pretty Weeds...

While I was in Ruidoso this past week I snapped a picture of a beautiful weed outside my parent's church. The one to the left is what it looks like before blooming, and the one on the right is what it becomes. If you've ever seen Braveheart, the flowery thistle that the little girl hands to William Wallace as a boy is very similar to this weed. Cool, eh?
